I crashed. Where can I buy replacement parts?

We sell replacement blades and crash kits for our drones; look for purchase options on the individual product pages. Please note: we'll be offering flight tutorials for our products soon, not that you need any help.


Do you sell controllers and charging cables?

Definitely! Check the store, we sell lots of stuff.


How do you ship?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.


Please note that Aerix Drones isn't responsible for any costs associated with customs or local import duties and taxes (VAT).  Please check with your local customs office to ensure your package will be allowed through prior to ordering, Aerix Drones is not responsible for any packages refused by customs.

Any international packages where the associated customs/VAT are not paid will not be refunded.  Aerix Drones reserves the right to cancel any other orders from customers who have refused previous shipments due to customs/VAT, and to subtract any fees paid as a result of a refused shipment from other cancelled orders.

All International sales are final.

What happens if I place a pre-order or purchase an item on back-order?

Pre-orders are accepted at any time when the item is made available on our website. As soon as the item is made available to ship it will be sent out; orders that include items immediately available to ship will be half-fulfilled at the time the order if placed. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

What do I do if I place an order that includes both a pre-order and an in-stock item, and I would like the in-stock item to ship immediately?

When you place an order for multiple products, the shipping costs are calculated assuming all items will be shipped at one time in a single package- this includes orders where a product that is currently in pre-order status is purchased.  If you wish to have an order split into two shipments for any reason, there will be an additional shipping cost- please contact us at to request the split shipment, at which point arrangements will be made to secure payment for the additional shipping charges. 

Why isn't my drone lifting off?

To troubleshoot flight issues follow these initial steps: Check if the drone is charged > Check if the drone power switch is ON > Check if the controller has batteries and is powered ON > Check if controller is properly paired with drone > Check if propellers are properly aligned to create lift > Check that all four motors are rotating.

How do I pair my controller to my drone?

Universally, our controllers pair with these directions: turn the drone power switch to ON > turn the controller power switch to ON > Listen for the BEEP BEEP from the controller > push the left joystick up until it beeps > pull the left joystick down until it beeps. You're now paired and ready to fly.


How do I put on my drone's propellers?

Our drone's propellers fit snugly, but can be removed from the motor shift and replaced at any time. Reference the images below for blade placement, the positioning will be the same for the front and rear blades.


What is your warranty policy?

Aerix Drones 30-Day Warranty Policy

If your drone malfunctions or stops working in the first 30 days and has no signs of physical damage we will repair or replace it…it’s that simple.

If your drone physically breaks and/or has visible damage from crashes etc it is not covered under warranty BUT it is eligible for the Dude I Broke It Program.

The Dude I Broke It Program works as follows:


  1. You send back the broken drone, we send you a discount code for 35% off your next order.
  2. You keep the broken drone for parts, we send you a 20% off code for your next order.
  3. You send back the broken drone, pay $20 and we repair the drone and send it back to you.
